Art India Foundation organises interaction of artists with children in a format which consists of a demonstration of the art form as well as a dialogue with the students. The artists will be drawn from visual as well as performing arts. The objective of this initiative is to ensure a high level of awareness and exposure to various art forms among children and thereby stimulate creative thinking and build an urge to go beyond the obvious and start thinking out of the box. The artists will be drawn from art forms such as painting, sculpting, photography, dance, music, story telling, folk arts and so on... The students will be encouraged to ask questions and seek answers from the practitioners of art. The artists will be chosen based on criteria such as proficiency, ability to communicate with students and generate interest.
