Art of Cycling
This unique event titled "Art of Cycling" combined cycling with artistic activities such as sketching, painting and photography. It started with a cycle ride at Pune on Sunday 24th July 2011.Pictures from the Cycle Ride The cycle ride commenced at Cafe Goodluck, Deccan Gymkhana at 7 am. After riding on Fergusson College Road and Ganeshkhind Road, it ended at University of Pune.
Riders turn artists and photographers
When the riders reached Pune university campus, they turned artists and photographers and enjoyed themselves in the inspiring surroundings. The weather was equally conducive for all creative activities. The last stop was of course the University canteen where everyone had Upama and chai. The spirit of "Art of Cycling" was to enjoy cycling, nature and do art and photography. All lived up to the spirit in good measure.
