Christmas tree painting workshop for children
This art workshop for children undergoing cancer treatment at Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, was conducted by Art India Foundation on 22 December 2022. The topic for this art workshop was “To draw and paint a Christmas Tree”.
At the beginning of the workshop, the art teacher demonstrated how to draw a Christmas tree. This was followed by the children drawing the Christmas tree on the drawing sheets which were provided to them by Art India Foundation. After this the children painted the Christmas tree with oil pastels. They also painted the decorations.
Some children wanted to draw and paint something else and not a Christmas tree. They were encouraged to draw and paint on the theme of their choice.
